Dear sir ,I live in Dorrigo and we once had a very roomy b c u in town ,it employed three girls all very efficient and had very good operating hours,we now have a very small b c u with only two girls and the opening hours have been slashed ,our b c u was closed between Xmas and new year three normal working days ?i was informed by the staff that their wasn't enough people in Dorrigo for them to open ,however Coffs Harbour was open ?,l feel you have a duty to your customers everywhere to deliver your services ,you do make quite large profits ,l am not the only person who is upset at the way our credit union has gone down hill over the past eighteen months and if you don't lift your game you will start losing customers ,l would appreciate a good reason why we was not afforded the use of our branch during the normal working days between exmas and new year ,cheers Barry John thatcher
