It is a scam using the Chinese Embassy phone number. It says it’s from the Chinese embassy...and you’ve got a very important document.

Robo call's in Chinese, if you dial 9 it transfers to a human who then claims they are from the Chinese Embassy and tries to phish passport/id numbers by claiming you have a document waiting.

First time receiving this pre-recorded Asian lady message that i had no idea what she was saying....i rarely get spam calls. So this concerns me!

NSW number (02 area code). Started with "nihau" (it's the only word I recognised). I am not Chinese & cannot speak the language.
Sydney number, I am with Vodaphone, added to reject list (blocked).

The call says it is from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
