Caller: Phone Service Machine - Pre-Recorded message Another Scam of "this is the ATO, this is your final reminder, you have an outstanding issue. Please press 1 to connect with the ATO and resolve this issue straight away" When you press 1, it takes you to the actual ATO hotline. (which is always busy)
If you call the number back, its some poor unsuspecting person who doesn't have a clue about any such call.
