Caller: Scam Call

Received a call from this number, picked it up and had the automated voice message. Clicked 1 and was put through to a lady - she asked for my name but I told her I was not comfortable giving her my details - She was nice and said that's fine if i am not comfortable and i hung up..

ATO scam. Rang 3 times Threatening action. Was initially concerned because it was from Canberra but dont be fooled by that.

A series of call from (02) 6216 1111 and (02) 6216 8601 and (02) 6216 1133 as well as no number in the last 2 days - all with a robotic call

Caller: ATO Scam

An elaborate IVR message accusing tax fraud/ impending imprisonment.
I pressed 1 to speak to an operator, said they were from Tax office fraud investigation, sounded like an offshore call centre, alarm bells rang when I asked for a supervisor, and none was available. - Hung up on the call.

Recorded message saying last warning for tax violation and then connected to a woman with a strong Indian accent claiming to be ATO. A lot of background noise of other people talking. Asked for personal details when I said no the call dropped out.

Recieved a call today from this number. Also blocked a simular number last week.

Bastards saying they were from the ATO and theres an arrest out for me

It was a computer generated voice message of poor quality. Stated I was in violation of money owed to ATO and it was their third and final call. Recognised it as a SCAM and hung up immediately. Also reported it to the ATO and have blocked the number. Do not engage with this caller.

Received a call today saying that this is ATO Office. Threatening my accounts seizure if the amount not paid straight away.
Please don't provide any details.

Keeps calling using different numbers. Very persistent (02) 6216 1110, (02) 6216 1113 & (02) 6216 1117 Canberra - SCAM Call from ATO

Caller: Don't know - number displayed was (02) 6216 1111

A recorded message, male voice from (02) 6216 1111, claimed to be from ATO. The message said I owed money to ATO and advised to 'press 1' to contact ATO. I hung up and have blocked the number, and reminded myself not to answer calls from unrecognised numbers.

Related to an earlier call same day of (02) 6216 1113. Phone recognised it as potential fraud so didn't answer
