Scammers - American voice claiming an arrest warrant will be issued if i do not call back!

fake, scammers. want you to call back, if not they will file an “arrest” warrant under your name.

got the machine voice call, said from taxation office and there's a law sue against me and if I don't call back I'll be arrested

Sounded like a pre recorded message was left on my voice mail claiming they would issue an arrest warrant if I don't call back.
