Caller: Allegedly TELSTRA A male with heavy Indian accent, called claiming to be from Telstra and telling me that there was a problem with my router and it was indicating there is a problem on my service. After I told him I wasn't with Telstra, he claimed that whilst my ISP isn't Telstra, they do provide the initial link (this much IS true). My internet is working just fine! He then asked me to tell him how many 'lights' there were on my router, at which point I hung up.
