Exactly the same as John's call, left voice mail message stating from Public Prosecutions Office for ATO and a lawsuit was filed against my name for tax evasion and fraud. Contacting the ATO tomorrow to advise of this.

Left voice mail message saying they were from the Australian Tax Office and that legal action had been taken out in my name (no name was given) for tax evasion and fraud.
This phone number given to return their call immediately.
ATO informed, and they stated it was a scam and that they would be after the tax file number.... Do not respond to this call, and report immediately.

Just got the same call.....suspected as much.
