Scam, purporting to be ATO chasing unpaid tax. Do not call back.

Unpolished, easily spotted SCAM from one "Robbie King" claiming to be from the ATO and threatening action about tax evasion and fraud.

The sender of this message is scum. He is cordially invited to leave the planet. Do not reply. A warrant is underway.

still at it had a call today called the number back said he is from the ATO and they wouldn't of called and left a message

Scammer threatening legal action - completely bogus and Peter Blake somehow has an Indian accent

I just had the same left on my answer machine from Peter Blake. did a quick Google search and found this thread, so I wont be returning the call.

Threatening us with 'legal action'... calling at odd hours and obviously a scam. Surely Telco companies have the means to trace and cut them off. Very Annoying when they call very early in the morning.

Had the same call today from a 'Robbie King' saying if I didn't ring back quickly that I will have legal action taken against me for tax fraud. Very much like an Asian voice trying hard not to sound like an Asian voice. As it says above, DO NOT CALL BACK.

This guy 'Robbie King' pretends he is from the Australia Taxation Office in Canberra. He sounds really abrupt and threatens legal action. It is a full on scam. Don't call him back he wants your money. ATO have this scam listed on their website.
