We just got a call from these scumbags. Threating to place photos of my partner in the local paper and how much he owes!! Get this message out. There will be some people out there that will be sucked in by these scumbags.

Why are the ATO and Police allowing these people to continue to do this quite apart from the fact that it is criminal and harms the individuals targeted it also damages the country and undermines our trust in Government.

Received a message on home phone re a petition note from the ATO and a potential warrant out for my arrest and to return the call immediately. I thought this would be a scam and checked reverse phone number look up. The beginning of the message was all garbled so we couldn't tell who was actually being addressed. As I have a silent number, it would have been interesting for them to use my name...

Just received a message on my ph. re a petition note from the ATO, saying that there could be a warrant for my arrest and if I rang the above no they would be able to help. Did not refer to me by name and immediately I suspected a scam, so looked up reverse ph book and lo and behold it is.
