scam today - Love to punch that rude little f**cker in the head

Just got the call again after a few months - house under surveillance etc . Called back and spoke to Xavier King. Asked my name... I said you tell me you called... his response... the police will be around to arrest you for being smart to me! hahahahahahahaha!!!!

I have received a similar call and clearly it is a scam. I called the scam helpline from ATO's website and lodged a complaint against this. Also ATO rep had checked my account and added some extra security features to access my account. I believe its worth adding that extra security to your tax account.

SCAM - Some Indian C*** saying that my house is under surveillance for tax evasion! Told him that King Muhammad was generous enough to post $100m dollar and told him to get in touch with him via email. Then hung up on him

Just got a call from the same number, similar plot. Indian accent. when i asked to ID him he hung up, and never answered again. SCAM !!

Scam call asking to due tax

Still happening. Same call just now...
"... legal department of the Australian Taxation Office... received an affidavit against your name... being listed as the primary suspect for the case being filed against your name... your house is under surveillance."

Got a voice recording saying very similar things. The scam is still going on.

I just got this call, I called back & they knew my name and where I worked, said it was Xaviar King and had a reference number and a badge number, went through that I owed the ATO $3K and if I didn't pay it today I would be under legal action. I didnt give them any details and I hung up. I've called the ATO and reported this scam, But seems they are getting better knowing our names and place of business - DO NOT GET SCAMMED. They seem very Legitimate.

Just had this number call me a few minutes ago. This is the second time. It's quite distressing actually. I will block the number now.

Got missed call from (02) 6140 3474. Rang back, line all hazy. Answered tax crime investigations how may I help you. Would answer any questions n hung up.

I had the same, May 1st public holiday no less. I asked them to provide the address they had sent the documents too. They wanted my phone number. I wouldn't give it to them. I said if they had my name on file there they should be able to provide it. He told me to "get the f*ck out"and hung up. I have blocked both number and messaging for this number. (02) 6140 3474.

Got the call again. It sounds indian (investigation department he said). and than hang up....
