Scam Scam Scam
My 68 years old pensioner mother got a voice message on her phone allegedly from AOT. I tried to call them back but Mr John Matthews wasn't available any more.
That was three weeks ago. Never heard from them since.
But the call felt quite threatening. Made my mother worried. So f*ck you Mr John

I just took a call in WA from a male saying he was Sergeant John Matthews from the ATO and accusing me of tax evasion. he asked if I had a response to which I replied "Yes, put in in writing." I asked him for his number (02) 6140 3419 reply. I asked him for his supervisors name and he told me he was the supervisor. I asked him for his manager or directors name to which he replied :"What kind of caution is this?" I said "its as good as you calling me making false allegations of tax evasion. if you are from reputable agency as you profess then this is not the way you make such allegations." He put the phone down.

I also got the Scam ATO call to this number. May their Kama be swift. :)

Some indian accent calling about A TO DEBT is just a scam.

I had a similar message left on my Melbourne landline- first stating from the ATO acting on behalf of commonwealth DPP, then later in the message stating the reverse- CDPP on behalf of the ATO. Didn't bother calling back as clearly a scam!

Tell the ATo to get f*cked let them come around and put a hunk of wood around there head things must change in this country I have more respect when I wipe my arse than I do for those scum they just shi and low life

Voice message left on home phone advising that the ATO is taking legal action and to phone John Mathews on (02) 6140 3419 urgently. Rang the number on 3 occassions to sus it out and only got a busy signal.

scam - Male (David, John or Mike) claim to be from the Australian Tax Office (stating ATO) and demanding callers pay outstanding tax debt or risk being arrested.

My old mum got this call also. I told here its a scam.
