Thats a scam run outside Australia likely india. They are buying Australian no via skype or any other internet based companies. They are basically interested in your money transfer via western union. You should worry about ur details and DOB as they will need more than that to do identity theft.

Reclaim Export Dept - John Smith's back again. The big Scammer's.

Was told they were from the ministry department of finance with the Australia government and that I was one of only 1700 people in Australia who had been 'randomly selected' to receive $5548.  Was then asked to give some personal information (date of birth/banking institute), then given the number (02) 6100 8589 and an 'application quote number' and was told to call the number straight away in order to receive my money!!!  Aaagh, crooks!
