Called four times this week. Keep saying I had entered an online competition. I have not entered any competitions.

Will block this number, and the other one they've used.

Funny coincidence that every time i have a job interview with a labour hire agency, i start receiving spam calls from these numbers. When registering with these agencies, you have to give them all your personal details including licenses, birth certificate, bank account details & next of kin. They have got you by the balls. Some agency interviews i have been to clearly didn't even have any job vacancies available, they were just harvesting data to sell to spammers.

I called back the number (02) 6100 5369 and the guy on the other line did not mention the company name

Came up as phone call was Canberra. They have rung me a few times a day but I don’t know anyone who lives in Canberra. After reading people’s recent comments I will be blocking the number. Another number similar to this has been ringing me also from Canberra. I looked it up and after reading the comments I have blocked it too. They are ringing from 9am-6pm

I used to work in a call centre - there's a term "high and dry". If one of them call you, you answer, they connect and start their speil, just put the phone down and leave it for a while - that's racking up their phone bill. They give up, terminate the call and mark your number as a "high and dry" - they won't call you again, and they won't onsell your number to other places.

Answered while at work, I didn't know the number so did a search on the computer. I didn't speak, they didn't speak. It was a silent Mexican standoff. They hung up as this page came up. Have blocked caller now.

Female caller was arrogant. I kept asking what she was ringing about which angered her further. She then told me it was about a competition that I had entered to win $14,000 - an unusual amount in prize money. Now blocked.

Same number, I did not pick up as looked up online for any existing complaints and blocked the number on my mobile

Brands of choice saying I had won the iPhone I entered for....

This is an ATO scam number an automated message threatened me with a warrant for my arrest for tax avoidance. Which is untrue .

These d*cks rang and left no message so i rang back blocking my number. Sure enough exactly who you all said it was Brands of choice. Blocked them and reported them.

Annoying ringing two or times a day asked who was calling but she spoke in very low voice then and could not hear what she said. Hung up and blocked

Automated message about winning an online competition. Call don't seem to stop even after blocking number, just comes through as a different one. Very annoying.

I love these calls. You can hear the background chatter of a call centre. Look, I guess these people are just trying to earn some money to feed their families so its not fair to be rude to them. However, you can play with them a bit and put on your best romanian accent in broken eeenglish.
