I tried to login into eBay, and a pop-up told me I had won a iphone. But when I put in my name and details I was directed to a survey. This survey was only to trick me into agreeing to an uncountable number of scam contacts. I must have missed this one.

Apparently I had won a $500 competition that I had registered for online and given all of my details.

Calls but leaves no message. Also calls from mobile numbers which I don't bother to answer, if important they will leave a message and they never ever do. Recently I answered an online survey for an IPhone 6 and for Woolworths. Scammers. Never answering an online survey for anything again.

Received a call from (02) 6100 5362 @ 12.30pm today, they addressed me by my first name but as the reception in my house is very poor by the time I got outside they had hung up. I googled the number which brought me to this page so I was well informed when I received another phone call from them 4 hours later. Once again there was a pause between me saying hello and them speaking. Told me he was from some company that had 'Central' in its name and that I had entered a competition online and had the chance to receive a $500 gift card. I thought about entertaining the idea of being genuinely surprised and stringing the conversation along but the psycho in me told him to, "Stop trying to scam money out of people and get off your fat lazy Indian arse and get a job instead! Do not ring me anymore either or I'll be passing all these details onto ScamWatch and the police!" :)

They rang today and asked if they were speaking to Leila. (My name is Keith btw - but he didn't have a the foggiest)
I realised after the delay it was bogus, and googled the number to confirm it was as everyone else said.
Happy to play ball, I said 'just a minute and I will get her'.
I went and had my shower, made toast and coffee, and made him wait 6 minutes and 22 seconds.
Record!

someone called me from this number (02) 6100 5362, knowing this is scammer, so just let it rang. I completed an online survey for woolworths voucher 4 months ago, after that day, scammer from different numbers called everyday for the first 2 weeks and randomly call my number til now... never ever put your personal details and contact details online

I entered a competition to win an iphone6 - apparently if I answered some questions and completed a survey I would go in the draw to win $250,000. The lady was reading what she had to say and kept making mistakes, she also knew who I was when I phoned back. I told her I am not interested and she wished me a good day before hanging up. Further investigation showed that the survey would actually sign you up to receive promotional emails at an ongoing cost of $6.95 charged to our mobile per 2 weeks or more per month. SCAM
