she call me n continiously saying that i won the prise one after another im so fool that i gave the some of my personal detail. she called like she is from one of the hongkong base company n said that i won the raffile draw n won the 400000 hongkong dallor so bullsh*t so be ware about it dont give any personal detail at all

This person called me back again....I told her that she is a scammer and that I have reported her to ACCC she gave me her business address as level 4 Optus Centre, 10 Moore St, Canberra she said it is not a scam and I said well if it is not a scam then how come there is many people that have had the same phone call from you and Life Style saying the same thing as you told me... the 3 questions, then the MP3 player (that never arrives) and then the promotion night in Canberra then a phone call to say they have won 2nd prize... how can we all win 2nd prize... she said oh no one else has won 2nd prize but you and I said really?... well lady you go and check out this web site (I gave her this website address) and then tell me that I am the only one that has won 2nd prize... I also told her that my phone calls are being recorded and traced by Federal Police and right at this moment they have  recorded traced your call.... as soon as I said that she hung up on me!!! ha ha So people this is a scam PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS as they can use them for their own criminal use.... I have not reported them to ACCC as their website is to bloody complicated to understand and I have not had FEDERAL POLICE trace or record my calls but I did send in a email to Today/Tonight about the scam hopefully they will put it to air and warn people of this scam...

Well guys looks like you can add me to list.  Got the phone call today to verify address to send the mp4 player,  after doing the survey the other day.   Offered me the invitation to the "party" in Canberra.  Was offered the raffle ticket number, so now will expect the call to say I have won second prize.  Got a bit suspicious , so I searched on the web and this site came up.   I'm quite looking forward to her next call lol.  I just hope the people who gave their bank details report it to their bank, to be on the safe side.

Hey guys, we have also been called by them over the past week. My father went ahead and is about to send in the scanned form to them, but I only just found this website about it.

We're just about to call ASIC and ask them about it (if it's a known scam)
I will post further details on what ASIC says.

It is quite possible that this 'international lifestle' company is trying to conduct identity fraud, and I'm investigating this matter further.

same thing happened to me.. same call survey, sony mp4, canberra invite.. few days later winner of 400k HK $. then claim form to be sent back.

I also received a call from this company about a week ago.  The information has stepped up a bit though as she explained she was doing a quick survey about consumers product purchase.  She advised they were a Hong Kong company doing the survey as they are going to put a store into a Shopping Centre called "Sogo's" the 2 questions were a) how I buy products?  By brand, price or quality and b) Do I prefer to buy Australian made products.  That was all to the survey nothing else.  She advised that because I had participated in the survey I would receive a sony MP4 player which I would receive in the post. (still waiting).  A few days later she rang again and asked if I could attend a launch party in Canberra and when I couldn't she gave me a raffle ticket number.  1 day after the "party", I received a phone call advising me that yes I have won 2nd prize of 400,000HK dollars and asked me to fill out a form and return it to her.  Nothing major, just some personal details. Name, address, telephone, fax etc.  No bank details but requesting a signature....... - a SCAM. I phoned the ACCC and reported this to them as well.  
these people were able to phone me even though I am on the do not call listing.  This should be a initial alert for you. Second Warning - Nobody gives away money for nothing. Unless you have purchased a raffle ticket or have the ticket in your hands.....Hope this helps people.  Good Luck
