Just though I should add to this list as well, I got exactly the same call.
They claimed I won 2nd prize, worth $400,000 Hong Kong Dollars, about $50,000 Australian. Looking online it turns out there is a legitimate store in Hong Kong, however it seems from the many 'second prizes' that this is simply a scam.
For those interested, they sent me this email and document to me to claim my prize. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jW6HcZdnRwQeX9gE72zGRyQdYWd0vh6nqSb4JnVwUiw/edit
Gmail's spam filters also caught the email, and warned me when I opened it, "Be careful with this message. Lots of other people have marked similar messages as phishing scams, so this might contain unsafe content."

Have an e-mail from Wing On Group confirming that their representatives are not contacting residents of Australia for marketing surveys and prize draws. They have reported this scam to the Hong Kong police.

I've also received several calls from this number by a lady named "Andrea". Told today that I'd won $50,000 too. The raffle number was given because I responded to a marketing survey that asked me what was most important to me in purchasing a product, and also who I often shopped with. I guess the old rule applies: if it sounds too good to be true.

I will contact them and ask them if they have been performing marketing surveys in Australia recently, offering prize raffles.
I also received an e-mail to my spam that hard been marked by others as phishing, so I opened the document and uploaded a screenshot to Photobucket for anyone else to have a look at: http://i661.photobucket.com/albums/uu333/Rara192/WingOnGroupPrizeClaim.png

I have had this phone number call me from Canberra. I believe it is a scam from hong Kong saying I have won 2nd prize in a draw. I have seen other scam stories very similar to mine.

Just got a call today saying the same thing. They called the other day for a survey and gave me a raffle ticket number. And today they called to tell me I won 2nd prize of $50,000. I was pretty sure it was a scam which is why I checked the number online n came up with this.
