Scam message with American accent - ignore and delete

Recorded Message, what a twat.
I have reported them to Consumer Affairs.

I received a phone call today from this number. Called them back and immediately knew it was a scam when he mentioned the IRS!!

Glad I googled this number. Got the call from that number on a few occasions, same Indian accent others reported, threatening legal action in very angry tone if I didn't return call about so-called outstanding sum. When calling back it always goes into voice mail. Scammers.

Computer generated message (American-accent) with threatening tone for receiver to reply to number regarding personal taxes. Ends with "Take Care". I don't think any tax office would end a potentially legal tax message with these words. Made me laugh--just took away from the whole point of the message--to scare people into replying.

Yep ATO scamers, just hang up.

Yep, got the same call again. My father picked up another one earlier the week and says you must stay on the line and go to the bank to pay your owing debt. He went to police station instead and they hung up.

Another ATO scam, "you must ring this number or you will have legal consequences" It's rubbish. A strong indian accent and he got nasty when he realised he was caught out.
