All the postings ring true. $368 for fourteeen nights accommodation: can take over two years: 15% discount on airfares, cruises and car rental: vouchers are transferable: website looks good. Names do not match the accents: awful lot of repetitive talk. Sounded like a scam after five minutes of rapid fire talk at me. I'll not be doing anything further with them.

Same deal here - we have decided to waste coldcallers' time/$$ by keeping them on the phone for ages with crazy questions. Our guy did fess up that he was in the Philippines, Sebu City/district but gave us ACT phone number. Are these calls reverse charge by any chance?? Oh and they can't convert Philippino money to Aust $ and they think Ryde is in Canberra ... there ya go!

I have reported this scam to the Office of Fair Trading in Queensland and given them every detail of the scam. Shawn had the balls to ring back again tonight and was most upset when i wouldn't take up his offer of fleecing me of $358.00. Flexifamily=Scam.

This is a scam, fraud, lie, whatever you want to call it. I called a number of hotels listed on flexifamily's website, of which they gave me the visitor login key of flexivisitau. No-one has ever heard of them let alone redeemed any vouchers from them. I enquired at Lake Jindabyne Ski Resort where the price for 7 nights is $2400. The manager said i would definitely not get 7 nights for free using these vouchers. Do not buy. Do not give them your first name, do not give them your authorisation to do anything, do not input any details into their website or they will take your money and send you nothing. I am also on the do n to call register and they still called. The ABN is for Flexi Marketing Solutions and has only been registered since April 2010. Shawn told me that the company had been going for over 10 years with many satisfied customers. Apart from the person on this link who is clearly affiliated with them, I have not found any happy customer. Very pushy and clearly not in Canberra.

Yes this is a SCAM, 100%, after my own stupidity, i contacted my bank, too late the payment has gone through, but on their advice, it will be refunded once it appears on my statement and registered as a legitimate SCAM. Also to FLEXI FAMILY, whoever you are, watch your backs, as we have contacted then authorities who have a track and trace on the calls you have made an have assigned a Fraudulent Officer, so it will only be a matter of a short time and you will be arrested and charged. The funds will be returned and you will be defunct.

Definitely a scam! I got the same call from a guy with a heavy Indian accent named Steve Allison. His company name Flexi Family and ABN are not the same company!
He is providing someone else's ABN 63 143 156 629. The company using this ABN is trading as Flexitronics.

There are plenty of Travel Agents with registerd numbers to book accommodation with. You could take this as a personal insult to your intelligence.

Total scam, tried to get credit card details from me for holiday accom vouchers saving 95%. Said they would send info in post so I said I would wait for that before proceeding. Then asked me to check their website and login to the guest area (did it from my mobile with wireless turned off just in case it loaded a virus/trojan on my pc and so the couldnt get my home ip). Website looks legit but in the end he asked me to sign up online if i wasnt happy giving my cc details over the phone. HOW DUMB DO YOU THINK I AM.

I'm on the Do Not Call Register. I got a call yesterday from a bloke with a heavy Indian accent calling himself "John" saying that he was calling for Flexi Family in relation to a feedback form that I'd filled out. I'd never heard of Flexi Family and don't know anything about filling out any feedback form. He asked me to confirm my landline and mobile phone numbers, which he read out to me. They're both openly listed in the paper and online White Pages. The call didn't get very far because I had difficulty understanding him and because I kept querying what on earth he was talking about. After he asked me to confirm my phone numbers, I told him that the purpose of his call appeared to be to collect personal information, and I terminated the call at that point. He didn't even get far enough to start on a sales spiel.

I had a call from the same people and I'm on the no call register which peeved me off, they said I had filled out a form some time ago at a shopping center??which I'm pretty sure I didn't . After having a chat with the heavily accented man I was asked to give them my credit card details over the phone!! What do you think I am??STUPID?? I told them where to go only to have the man pretty much plead to me that I was making a mistake and this will be a lost opportunity! Whatever, just like my money will be a lost opportunity to them!! Thanks but no thanks!!

Really weird call with heavily Indian accented caller from Canberra. Wanted me to log on to website for discount voucher costing $189. Didn't want to answer questions. Really slippery. Had my address and phone number. I'm also on do not call register. What a scam. Not happy.
