Claimed to be from Commonwealth Bank advising me of an overseas transaction that they are querying. When I said I would call my bank to check they hung up

Did not answer but when I called back, it was some marketing campaign answering service which led to nowhere so probably a SCAM from low life fools!

Claimed to be Telstra. They weren't.

Told me he was calling from Telstra internet and when I stated I don't have Telstra internet he hung up. I called the number back - message saying that "I may hvae been called in regards to an advertising promotion and to leave a number for call back" This number has been spoofed and is most likely from India

Said he was from the NBN. He had an Indian accent. Whoop sound heard.
