A serial pest who consistently fails to accept return calls to verify possible bona fides. Has no idea of the distress and inconvenience caused to aged and/or ailing persons and their carers who require free telephone lines for legitimate matters AT ALL TIMES!!!!! including life and death issues.
Needs a good kick in the rear and a dressing down but probably lacks any kind of meaningful understanding along with a complete absence of compassion for the needs of others.
