Claimed to be from World Vision but found the location suspect

Caller: Sent a txt they were from World Vision & they were unable to process my last payment I'm suspicious as World Vision's admin is in Melbourne not Sydney & my last payment went through a couple of months ago with no apparent issues. I think it's dodgy.

I received a call and they left a voicemail Message saying they are World Vision and that my payment did not work. This is not World Vision number and I am not behind in any payments. SCAMMER ALERT !

All leaving me bilingual (english-mandarin) Voice Mails claiming they're either from AusPost regarding packages I haven't ordered, or, claiming to be from the Chinese Embassy regarding my Visa, even though I'm not a Chinese national. Do not answer or return calls from the following numbers: (02) 5849 6444, 0412 100 711, 0419 824 373, 0480 383 691, 0425 276 339, 0486 350 312.
