Whoever it is apparently said I was opted in for some bogus research sh*t and to "opt out", I blocked that number and now blocking this.

I didn't give anyone my number, so how they got it is beyond me.

Probably cold calling
Either way, bugger them off and block them.

Spammers violates the DNC and will continue to spam you.

They should be pursued and face the penalties.
