I've gotten called by this number 16 times in a month. This is ridiculous. Not to mention I'm not even old enough to take part in such a survey, so why call me?

Blocked their number and lodged complaint. They've called me 4 times over the last week. Total invasion of privacy – I don't care if it's research or a study the Queen of Sheba. I never gave them my number, so how do they have it? I don't want the calls or interruptions, I never consented to be contacted. Clearly getting paid to call people by their client – F OFF!!!

Is it normal to call same person non stop almost every day (and even nights nights)? I mean if somebody do not want to talk to you, why you just leave this person and not call again? There are so many people who'd potentially participate in your study, why would you follow same person for weeks and months?

to answer your question Karen here is what is stated on the 'donotcall.gov.au' website.

"It is illegal for telemarketers or fax marketers to contact people who have registered their mobile, fixed line or fax numbers with the DNCR. Under the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, some organisations – including public interest organisations are exempt. These include registered charities and social researchers"

These mongrels call my mobile number on a week night around 8pm or on Saturdays around 2pm. I don't want their calls, I did not give them my number, so why should I be subject to their harassment? They obviously want MY information and YOURS.

Called twice this week to my work extension number. Missed calls as I was in meetings. How do they even have access to this type of information. This is wrong on all levels.
