Scam caller (with the same British accent reported by others on this page) claiming to work in the fraud department at Macquarie Bank. Had clearly gained access to limited card details from a data leak or similar, and was trying to pass off as a legitimate representative of my bank by providing limited card details ie "... your card ending in XXXX". Stated that there had been a few suspicious transactions on my account today that needed to be verified before the bank could process them. Appeared to be fishing for some slivers of additional information that could be used to gain access to my card or accounts, while passing off that he would "never request any sensitive information." Do not engage in conversation with this caller or confirm any personal information incl. name - always contact your bank yourself to verify that the call is legitimate first.

Automated machine voice (female) stating my Binance one time passcode to complete the transaction, and to press one if I wish to speak with a representative.

Male with British accent. Claimed to be from Suncorp fraud department. Very convincing and was able to produce text messages from Suncorp to aid in his scam. Made sure not to ask me for any details, but had my name and last 4 digits of my debit card.
Hang up immediately and confirm with your financial institution for clarity!!!

Make with British accent. Called claiming to be from Suncorp. Very convincing, didn’t ask for any details but had my name and last 4 digits of my card. Was able to send text messages from ‘Suncorp’ to help him in his pretence. Do not believe a word he says. Hang up immediately and contact your bank/financial institution yourself to clarify.

Calling regarding Crypto.com. English accent and was clever to not ask for details but asked for the balance currently. Went to https://crypto.com/au/verify and it said it wasn't them.
