Bad quality line, guy with an accent, tried to crowbar something in about a solar rebate before I hung up. More than likely a scam.

Please Telecom .. can’t you block his number...

I received a missed call on my mobile phone from (02) 5550 3757 on the 23 September 2019 just after midday. I rang the number back from my phone with a silent number and there was an recorded announcement which said: "the number you have dialled is not in service".
This was a scam caller from a fake phone number.

The scam also involves a one ring or two ring missed call. Where the receiver of the call from an unknown number is curious to see who the caller is. So the receiver is tempted to call back. Don't ring them back while your phone number is on display because they will never leave you alone.

Called at 7ish Friday evening, I didn’t pick up the call, searched the phone number and got this. So annoying !

It was a man and he said can I please speak to Allen. I am pretty sure it is a scam

I got this about 6pm and didn’t bother to pick up my phone as I knew it a scam. Checked this website and blocked this number. Thanks everyone for reporting.

I answered the phone and it was an Indian guy asking if I had a solar panel/ and if I was the home owner. When I said no, he rudely hung up.

Received a call from this number - number looks familiar, I think I blocked it on my last phone.
Now I've read all the comments here, I think I suddenly have solar panels... just so I can mess with this guy. He sounds incredibly rude - has said 'f*ck you ' or 'f*ck off' to a dozen or so people, going by the comments here.... charming sales manner. Deserves to be royally screwed with!

The Indian accent guy said he was calling about the Federal and Statement Government rebate program for Solar Panel. He said he is not selling me Solar Panel but just trying to get his consultant to call me back later and have a chat. He said he just needed to confirm the address for a full assessment. I asked him to tell me what's the address on his file. He was humming and harring then eventually spelled out a street name which is a unit that I used to live in years ago. Then I said that's not my address. Thanks for calling. Good bye. Then I blocked the number.

Another scam call from this number. Can’t the telcos can do something to stop this sort of thing. I don’t answer any call not in my contact list. Let them leave a message.

Couldn't be bother to pick up. I have so many scam called so i just let message bank talk to them but left no message.
