2 calls from this number today, silence for about 5 seconds then a computerised voice says 'goodbye'!! Strange

Constant calls from this number no response when I answer

Living in the Netherlands and calles with this number!! The same they wanted me to have a seat for the computer. I refused.

In Nederland ook gebeld door dit nummer. In het engels. Ze stellen zich voor als van het departement microsoft. Als je niks doet zullen hackers je computer laten crashen?????

Got 3 calls this morning over 3 hour period --- just silent when I answer..

Im getting sick and tired of these people calling my parents, they almost believed these sicko's at the beginning but I told them they must not ever be fooled by this sort of call. I picked up the call today and played along with them for bit, then as soon as I yelled down the phone to stop calling my parents as we know they are a scam they hung up!! grrrrh makes me so mad that they can get away with this. Talk Talk want £3.25 a month to bar the number...not sure parents want the added costs at the moment.

Just got a call from this number at 10.35ish, but they hung up on me? Maybe my youthful voice made them realise one does not simply scam a 24 year old likely to know about computers... It was to my parents house, but luckily my mum knows now not to listen and shouts and my dad, well, you don't try to mess with angry barristers! I really hope they don't call back, silent calls really irritate me...

Indian male called "victor" yeah right, claiming my computer is infected with a virus and he can clear it if i allow him remote access.told him where to go and hung up. I have also had lots of silent calls from this number too .

Indian caller from Microsystems Tech security department, said she was part of Microsoft and would do a free scan as their technicians had spotted some junk on my computer.

Of course it's not possible for anyone to find junk on your computer unless they'd hacked it already, so everyone should know they are crooks. If you do let them then they will crash your computer and then charge you to fix it, or take all your passwords and then say it's OK, and wait for you to do some banking after which you'll find an empty account.

The number given (which is probably meaningless as they often mask them) was actually from Djibouti but I'm not calling back to check.

I have had the same numerous times! It died down for a while then started again today! It used to appear number withheld but today phone number appeared. An Indian man saying he was from windows and. Sexed access to my computer to remove a virus!! I hung up!!! These numbers need to b bared!!
