Fifth call in 3 days from these low life’s. It’s always the same area code 025133 52xx. I’m so fed up with this lot. I’d love to know how to stop these calls other than just blocking the numbers.

WE ARE ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED THAT THESE LOWLIFES, SCUMS, BOTTOM FEEDERS ALMOST CAUSE MY PARENTS FALL WHILE TRYING AND RUSHING TO PICK UP THE CALLS FROM THOSE HEARTLESS SAVAGES , BRUTES , CRIMINALS, SCAMMERS.

WE BLOCK THEM AND THEY SPOOF NEW NUMBERS AND KEEP CALLING MY PARENTS


THEY MUST BE BROUGHT TO ACCOUNT IF WE ALL BAND TOGETHER AND COMPLAIN TO THE RIGHT AUTHORITIES.

Caller: Claim to be Kindness Project

Claim to be the ‘Kindness Project’ conducting research on behalf of charities in Australia.
They have called me from 8 different numbers.
They are scammers, do not answer their questions.
Block numbers.

Caller: I get a call a day and block the numbers everytime 6 variations on the number blocked so far

Can something be done about these calls - everytime I block I get a call on another variation. My phone is for emergencies only.

5th call in a few days from these numbers; never leave a voicemail.

I think it's called The Kindness Project or something? Anyway, basically they go through a list of a dozen or so charities, like a survey, and ask Yes/Maybe/No - if you answer No they ask again with a short spiel to try to get a Yes/Maybe.
All Yes/Maybe responses mean that your name and number are forwarded to that charity - so if you said yeah I'd consider supporting that charity to all of them then you'd get a huge uptick in phone calls from the actual charities looking for donations over the next couple of weeks.
Say No to all of them, they *can* call back but with a different list of charities. Say No to all of them, too.

This is not a charity. This is a way for charities to get good quality leads.

Called our landline. Answered call and no one spoke they just hung up. Where can these unsolicited callers be reported and investigated?

These rabid pests are almost unbelievable. Good luck to any other victim who's trying to get them to give up their daily harassment. I never answered a single call from any of their numbers. I blocked each new number. I finally blocked all (02) numbers since they're not local. I've reported the list of numbers used by these lowlife scammers to Scamwatch, several times. But still they try: a new week, a new attempt to call me. I don't think they can be sane.
Perhaps if more people being victimised by these morons reported them to Scamwatch, some action might be taken by the telcos to trace and block the calls.

I resorted to blocking all (02) numbers - not local, fortunately - because of these utterly rabid scamming pests harassing me constantly for months, using variations of (02) 5133 numbers.
I've reported the series of numbers to Scam Watch several times, and there were recently some days without any calls. I was starting to think that it had finally stopped - when there was another attempted call this evening, from yet a different number. I will report it, for all the good it will do.
Please do not answer any calls, ever, from these numbers, or indeed from any other unknown numbers.

Just as I thought... These guys have been calling me non stop for ages. I habitually ignore anyone I don't recognise on my landline now. Actually I hit the red button to stop the ringing asap. Sure enough looking back they've been a most regular pest.

they are a "pest"! keep blocking them but another number ring after just a few minutes!

Another scam caller

Caller: My Kindness Survey .com

I called them back and they had a recorded message saying they were "My Kindness Survey .com". a bogus charity. It is a scam.

This number, or a close variant constantly calls but never leaves a message. Scammers are so annoying.
