Recorded message purporting to be Visa saying my account had been charged for a bitcoin purchase. Press 1 to cancel press 2 to go ahead. Absolute rubbish. Obvious scam.

Just checked my recent calls, this number showed up (17 Feb 2025) purporting to be from The Chahl medical Practice ( 68 WOODSTOCK STREET MAYFIELD, NEW SOUTH WALES) the call appears to spam given that I am in another state.
Phone indicates Spam

I just got a call from this number saying my NBN was hacked last night from America between 1am and 4am and someone needed to come around tomorrow to change my modem. I asked for an email to be sent and he wouldnt give me my email address. He started getting annoyed when I wouldnt give my details. Tried calling it back and it just rang out with an answering machine.

Purporting to be Telstra, they are going to cancel my sim and send me a new one within two days. They wanted me to confirm my address, they should have it.
