fed up with this number ringing me - they do not leave a message so as indicated by others an internet scam. I've stopped answering the phone as these calls have been so persistent lately - all from Australian numbers.

Female Indian accent said my internet speed was slow & she could correct this. I just hung up. Nuisance call. Wish I could stop them

They hung up several seconds of silence, after phone answered.

Claimed to be from Telstra but the line was so bad that it was impossible to understand through the static and strong Indian accent. [Just like a real Telstra call :-) .]

Caller: James Williams (With an Indian Accent!!!)

A female with an Indian accent called and said she was from Telstra an she said my computer had a N.B.N. fault and she was going to help me fix it. She then went on to get me to locate the Windows key on my computer. Obviously, it is now time to have some fun with these people, so I acted dumb and said I could not find this key etc. etc.
After a couple of minutes of this carry on, she passed me over to a "technician" with whom I continued to act dumb (Actually, I was nowhere near my computer at the time)
and he tried really hard to get me to find and press this key and he was getting very upset and started shouting, and after about five minutes I stopped talking an just listened. He was so angry, I was sure he was going to have a heart attack. At that point, I just hung up.

This is a Nuisance call !
