I went to ISP Glendale looking for a lawnmower spark plug. There were 3 guys working at the counter listening in awe to some guy ramble on they barely acknowledged my existence. I searched around, noticed another guy stocking items etc I continued my search and upon exiting one of the men started to approach me halfheartedly I just walked out of the shop. Lousy service and my family knows the guy who manages the place Peter Saunders.
I am so disappointed. I was late for my brother's lunch. Trying to do the right thing got me nowhere. I did get the spark plug and fixed it. Bad customer service gets you nowhere- I can even name 2 out of 3 guys working there- Geoff and Lee.
