Scam - pretend to be on behalf of a charity (one of many numbers), every day between 1-4pm.
If you call back you get the same recorded message (best not to)

Multiple calls, always from different numbers. When I call back it is a charity service message bank, I have left 5 messages asking to be removed from their register.
