This business is breaching the noise laws with their (ineffective) bird cannon. It is outrageous that they should expect their neighbours to tolerate this level of constant noise. The amount of shots and the "loudness" of them is well above the legal levels allowed. The shots have been timed at up to 6 shots every ten minutes and they are so loud that it rattles the windows of neighbours up to 3-4 kilometres away!Their neighbours have the right to live in peace, this is why they choose to live in the country. They have been instructed to comply with the legal limits (6 SHOTS PER HOUR) and turn the noise level DOWN, by the council but continue to ignore these directions. Obviously they don't live on the premises so they don't have this in their backyard!!!
