Booked in for an appointment in person for the following day. Gave my contact details in case of any problems. Spent 5 hours getting my muscle car road worthy that morning to drive down to get my exhaust connected. It was booked for lunch time on the day before new years. When I turned up I was told my car would now not be worked on till they re-opened in the new year as the employee was invited to a new years party that night and he had to leave at lunch to get ready for the party.

I asked why I wasn't called as he had my number. I was told that it was up to me to call and that it was my problem.

Was told he wasn't about to get the cars off the hoist just so he could work on my car. That he'd rather not waste his time on my car and go to a party. Apart from working hard to get my engine installed and running over 2 days for this occasion I also had to cancel other arrangements which my car was booked in for.

Will never return again and have been advising people ever since not to bother. I will go to every last exhaust place in Penrith before ever returning. Worst customer service and one of the worst disrespectful person I have ever met. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!
