Workshop filled with apprentices and people who can't screw an oil filer on properly. Not the greatest especially considering it very expensive.

someone from (02) 4724 5555 just called me on my mobile and i don't answer numbers I don't recognize. I can only assume that it is in relation to a second hand vw polo purchased from NEPEAN MOTOR GROUP recently in the used section. If it is then I'm already not impressed with the late response. Needless to say I'm very very dissatisfied with vehicle purchased due to issues with it.

Went in to get my electric locking system checked. Was told to be there at 9:30 but when I rocked up their "trainee" clerk said to me that the appointment is schedule for 2 PM but I need to leave the car all day. Very painful experience - locking system not fixed - some arbitrary recalled airbag replaced without confirming the work with me. 8 hours later they return the car to me but tell me that the battery is going dead and left the car running, the batter is less then a year old. The last thing they said was I would probably make it home which is 35 minutes away. Piss poor service glad it didn't cost me a thing. Now I am getting calls and text from them daily. Just going to block there number. I expect they'll send me an e-mail then snail-mail next.
