Received call from this number from a male who said he was with the National Broadband asking me to download an app onto my computer to give them remote access to my information for the purpose of speeding up my NBN. I said I'd verify their name with Telstra and they could call back later. He said fine but could I download the app first. I'm not an idiot. Telstra verified they are a scam and the app Anydesk is illegal in a lot of countries.
