Caller: Energy Solutions call centre

Always Indian sounding people in a call centre sounding environment that speak English. They read off a pre-worded script about offering to save you money on your electricity bill.
This is the first time I have received a call from them on an (02) number. Before I have had around 20 calls from their (03) numbers. I am on a Do Not Call Registry lodged with ACMA and lodged complaints every time telling them to stop calling. Man on (02) number claimed I was registered on their call list.
They are relentless. They do not remove you from their list. I suspect the calls come from a call centre somewhere in India and get connected via the Australian numbers. Hence why ACMA never seem to do anything or powerless to do anything. I do not know. I have screamed at them in a rage as so sick to death of them. They do not care and with this type of attitude I am very sure they are scammers and break the law without concern. STAY AWAY from them.

Good thing you didn't go ahead with it. I heard these names somewhere before. I can tell you they are con-artists besides you cannot trust anyone at all these days.

I called back number (02) 4340 0056 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Caller: Foreign man called Neil and his Co Worker called Bob.

Difficult to understand but they were asking about our Electricity Bill and said they had called on behalf of the Government Scheme to reduce the price of electricity. He wanted me to go onto my computer and access the Electric Bill, when I told him I needed to start up the computer he was very insistant that I did so, I said I was on a land line and he urged me to use a mobile and go onto computer to look at electric bill, when I said I didn't have time for all this he hung up.

I dialled this number to return the call and it says "the number you have dialled is not connected".
Must be spam or scam caller.
