Who's the b*****d that owns this number. Nothing more frustrating than some prick who calls you, wakes you up after a 16 hour night shift and then doesn't have the decency to answer when you return their call.......

I believe this number if promaster pest control -Mario -  central coast. My mother has dementia and Alzheimers and they were harassing her and trying to forcefully get her to accept pest control services.  Her friend wrote down their number and I tried to ring them without success.  I visited mum to sort out ease her concerns and when I arrived they had already been and charged her $159.  I contacted promaster and she is removed from their list.  You can request the same.
