Caller with Asian accent said she was from Telstra and that someone else was using my internet. I told her I did not have Telstra, disconnected and blocked the number.

Got called from this number this afternoon, and similar number (02) 4307 4969 this morning. Both said they were Telstra and that my IP has changed from private to public and they wanted to help me fix it! This scam is listed on Telstra's website; the idea is to get you to grant them access to your computer and network. Definitely scammers.

Claim they are calling from Telstra about “messages being sent from my internet over the last couple of days” then rang off when I sounded sceptical.
