I keep calling em back they want my address and date of birth as I keep telling them I m kristy and I’ve have a sex change I identify as a woman now 😂 they keep hanging up but keep answering every time I call back

I called back the number (02) 4302 4897 and the guy on the other line said I reached a switchboard
