These guys have been calling my number non stop since early 2017 chasing a dead relative, so not only is the debt legally statute barred but they will not take no for an answer, they just keep on calling. They are parasites and criminals conducting themselves in breach of their own guidelines which I have confirmed with the ombudsman. Seriously this company as with most debt collectors are the lowest of low and our authorities do nothing to stop their criminal behaviour. Do yourself a favour, do not answer, block them, ignore them, hang up if you accidentally answer.
