Caller: Says they are Amazon

Told me I would have $39 or taken from my account for subscription. I said I was not subscribed and then he said a hacker had my details. He knew my name. He said he would send me a cancellation form even though I was not subscribed. He wanted to know what device I was using, said he could not send the form to an email address and again wanted to know what device I was using. I told him No! No-one was touching my computer and he said Well the money will still come out of your account and hung up. Think I know who the hacker is!!!
