Thank you for your letter dated on the 8 August 2013 in which you stated your concerns about my inability to attend work.I wish to apologise for the inconvenience and to let you know that it came about because of my blood pressure irregularities.
Since I do not know how long it would take to bring my health condition under control, I wish to resign from my post in order to avoid the disruption to the workplace.
