I have been trying to call the participation line for a week now I was on the phone for over a hour yesterday still didn't get through my mobile battery is incapable of been in use for long periods unless I'm near a power point I can't call why is it I'm always on hold for lenthy periods the system is broken

I tried to submit my form on line but I was unable to log on due to the portal being slow and experiencing difficulties.
I am working every at the moment and finish at 4.00pm thus I am unable to get to the Centerlink office near where live.
