EBay purchase Asian female saying I bought something of eBay also left a message (beware)

Caller: SCAM BEWARE- Amazon

Left message saying my account would be deducted by $299.00 to paid outstanding amount

Caller: Ebay

They called saying refund owing but we never brought anything. They spoke in riddles trying to confuse you and very rude and demanding - SCAM!!

Something about $99.99 will be debited from my account each month. If I want to cancel press 1 it has scam written all over it.

I didn't even bother to answer it. Newcastle [NSW] number, and left a recorded answering machine message about money owing!
