Purportedly from the Australian Taxation Office for my Tax Fraud.

I have just received a phone call today, from an automated voice message, saying a lawsuit has been filed against my name for tax fraud....do you know if this is a scam or the real deal?

The number called my phone during lunch time but I do not answer unknown callers. The caller must be a fraudster.
