Said there is a complain against me and to press 2. I didn't proceed. I have been subject to a similar spam previously

Recorded message from the 'audit section'of the ATO ..... Another one for the block number list!

I’ve blocked the number on my mobile phone but another automated voice message went through to my voicemail.

Caller: American computer generated voice

Yes. I had the same call. I’m just glad it wasn’t my mum who answered

Message stating they were from the ATO and I had to call back due to a pending law suit against me

Robo message saying a lawsuit has been filed against me and that if I didn't call them straight away an arrest warrant would be issued. Given lawsuits are civil matters, arrest warrants are for criminal matters and if it was getting to the point of an arrest warrant police would contact you directly. Plus you need to be served court papers before anything gets serious. So many reasons why this is bogus.

A man with American accent said he was from the ATO and if I didn't call back I would "get arrested"

Voice mail in American accent saying if I don’t return his phone call he’ll have me arrested. Arrested for what?? The recording didn’t even started at the beginning, it was mid way. This should be blocked!
