Am absolutely appalled by the lack of confidentiality with this service and its staff subsequently we have had an incident with one of the workers there bullying us to the point where a teenage boy has hurt himself because of it! But because I have bipolar they are all supporting the staff with the appauling behaviour. Not more than two weeks ago a woman in my street tried killing herself because of the same staff member. Which the person was to happy to share with everybody including where and how she did it.
