They send a text message to random mobiles which reads "Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience. Our consultant is not available to attend Video call appt of your child next week Tuesday, your appt is now rescheduled to 08/10/24 and we will send you a link to join on that day. Please call us on 64563622 if any concern. Thanks"
