This number called, unfamiliar number from interstate so did not pick up. They did not leave a message. Possibly scam

Scamm call form HC Mobiles, if you call it on a privaate number you cannot connect, but called of my burner phone and the female said she was from HC Mobiles.

Foreign asian female voice, when asked what was the nature of the call?
She said she was from a Smart phone company and that my number had been selected to get a free mobile phone upgrade.
I hung up because I hate cold canvassing.

called back again and got someone who said wrong number
