it goes straight to just music playing don't know who they are

i have had probally 20 missed calls from this.number over 3 weeks never a message left and calls any where from 9am till 9 pm i refuse.to answer calls i dont no i usually research what people say about the number before i answer it

This number has phoned me up at least 3 times in the last 24 hours. When answering, no one is there and it disconnects. Try to call back and nothing.....
